I used to be frustrated with the lack of selection of women's workwear, especially boots. I came three years ago to get boots for work and they only had maybe three choices and the only pair that met the standards of my workplace was of course the most expensive. I recently went in to shop and the selection has increased dramatically for women's boots. I spoke to the one sales lady there and let her know how much I appreciated coming to the store now knowing there were now options for us working women. Proper fitting workwear for women is hard to find but Northern Factory is now a place I’d definitely hit up first the next time I need anything.

I have never had a bad experience shopping here! They carry women's specific clothing and I appreciate that so so much. I used to live in BC and I was in Saskatoon often and that was always the first place I would go when I was in need of work wear!

I buy a pair of red wing work boots here about every 12-15 months. I have for the last 7-8 years.They usually are between $250-$300 a pair. I walked into the store today about 5:10 pm. I need boots. I perused the boots, found a pair I liked. Sat down , took off my old boots, waited for a sales person to come and ask me what size I needed. No one came around. At 5:30 pm, I put on my old boots and walked out of the store.Not once was I greeted, acknowledged, served or noticed while I was there. Tomorrow I’m going to Marks Work Warehouse.

I Recently bought a product here and it wore out in 1 month. Absolutely NO consideration of customer service. They should not have workwear in the name if their products don’t stand up to work. Winter boot liners had holes in 1 month. Temps -46 C and they didn’t stand behind them. Do not shop here.

Didnt have my size, couldnt/didnt want to do the extra work to order them. So i ordered them online.. very dissapointed.Yes i asked for them to be ordered, the bio tech 7 jb goodhue" i was told they CANT order them they come in randomly..."

Looks like a great selection of items. Went up to the counter to make my purchase and the employee started writing a note which she then passed to another employee. After several minutes of me standing there akwardly waiting to make my purchase, a third employee comes out and tells me they can't take my card. Looks great on paper, doesn't deliver the goods.
