Olivia is great at what she does. She knows what hair colour will suit you and always listens to what I wanted. I love how she enjoys what she is doing and how patient she was. She has such an awesome personality and I will 100% recommend her to other people.

During my visit to the Artel HQ salon, I was impressed by how well stylist Konstantin understood my requirements. Not only did he listen attentively, but he also shared his ideas to ensure the best outcome. stylist's expertise and attention to detail resulted in a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations.I left feeling satisfied and would highly recommend their services to others.

I had the most amazing time with Alex. My girlfriend recommend him after getting her hair done, and it was the most amazing colour and cut I have gotten in my life! The salon was clean and fresh. They offered complimentary tea water and coffee. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and was super attentive to what I was looking to do. He walked me through step by step of what he was doing and showed me all my colour options. I highly recommend him and will continue to get my hair done by him!

Konstantin was an absolute delight.We talked about color options and he explained how stuff worked to me as well and not just telling what I should choose. He listened to my concern regarding the bleach usually hurt my scalp a lot and sectioned the hair to bleach so that the explosure time was minimum.Also it was lovely chatting with him during the appoinment as well, he was very friendly and personable.

It's always such a pleasure to get my hair done with Ashley H. She is a master at getting exactly the right blonde tones in my hair, and is so quick too! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for highlights or balayage, she's the best!

Alex is the sweetest and kindest soul . He’s so great at what he does , he was great at explaining what is going to be done to my hair and how to keep it healthy which is super important. My hair vision came to life . I’m in love with my hair and would definitely be back .

Konstantin did an absolutely fantastic job with my hair! I gave him almost free rein to do a fun creative colorful style and he killed it.Very friendly, skilled, and really listened to what I wanted. He was efficient too and we got a lot done. Great for queer folks' hairstyles too! Highly recommend!

Konstantin did an incredible job dying my hair! Leading up to the appointment he answered all my questions and helped me be realistic about what was possible given that I had already had some bleach and dye done prior. During the appointment itself, he helped me pick the right colours that would work well together and the results were amazing. I felt welcome and taken care of and would highly recommend this person with long-time experience in the hair world. The salon was accessible by transit, staff were friendly, and the space was very comfortable. Everyone keeps complimenting my hair. Thank you!!

It was my first time at Artel and, naturally, my first encounter with Alexander. From the colour consultation to the kind of haircut I was looking for, the whole process was smooth, and I felt listened to. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with hairstylists, and I can genuinely say that my experience with Alexander was absolutely lovely. He is also a great conversationalist and made my experience at Artel comfortable. :)
