Absolutely amazing company to deal with! I ordered a sign for some family on a surprise visit from Australia and wanted to get them one of these original signs and on short notice and pressed for time, Bryan made that magic happen for us! Even when we made a mistake with the info we gave him for the sign he went above and beyond to help us get it fixed and it turned out beautifully! Our family flew back to Australia with such a beautiful and personal gift that they have constantly gotten wonderful comments on and it was all because of these amazing people and the wonderful work they do! Wow ....where do I start. We ordered a lake sign as a thank you gift for friends who gifted us their cottage for a week. I was very impressed and our friends loved it. When we bought our own cottage the first thing I ordered was a Lake sign. This one we customized it with our last name..It was beautiful. I then went on to decorate the cottage with the metal art. I bought several pieces and kept Bryan very busy with orders. We love each and every piece. Great quality and service is above and beyond!

I contacted Bryan and we messaged back and forth several times. I had several things I wanted in a wall hanging. He sent me a few photos and basically customized them all into one high quality piece. It arrived before Christmas in perfect condition! Thanks Bryan.

I have ordered 4 products from Custom Create...they have communicated very well, shared the design for approval and the finished product is fantastic and shows quality workmanship. 5 stars because there isn't more. Quick response on inquiries , The specialness of this gift and the worry it may not be as beautiful as in the picture , were all laid to rest when it arrived today and it was beautiful . Bravo on running a company that cares about putting out a great product.
