Co-op Food Store

I stopped to pick up some fruits that they were selling outside the store on the table. The young woman told me I have to go inside and pay for my fruits. When I went inside the place was packed and all the tills had long lineups. I just left the fruits and left. It completely defeats the purpose of havig an outdoor fruit stand when one has to go inside just to pay for a small bag of fruits or veggies. Just have someone accept cash.

Dairy aka cheese mainly is double the price. But other great produce and produces. Always great staff.

Fast, efficient well stocked. Small but a great Co-Op! Parking can get tight, a lot of people like to shop here, it's kind of like a small town Co-op. Love this store, always clean and well stocked.

The cashier Bre is mine and my sons favourite. She is always so friendly. So kind.

I had a terrible experience with a cashier name SANDI recently.As I was checking out, she started making unpleasant sounds while handling my tofu, and barely touched it before throwing it to us. I felt like she was being disrespectful and unprofessional, and the fact that it seemed like racism only made things worse.I don't think anyone should be treated that way, and especially not when they're just trying to buy groceries. It's important for service providers to treat all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity.I emailed this to the management took my concerns seriously and that this kind of behavior won't happen again in the future but still haven’t got any response so they seems like THEY DON’T CARE. wake up people it’s 2023.

Co-op in Deer Park is a really nice grocery store! Very clean & well maintained. Fresh fruit, veggies & baked goods, as well as an excellent selection of pre-made lunch & dinner options. So many fresh baked goody options as well! Thanks to the friendly staff for a great shopping experience :)

So why have the cashiers stop bagging my groceries for me? This seems to have started when I began to bring in my clean, reusable bags.The only ones who bag - or at least offer to bag - my groceries are the new and younger employees. Btw - you have some really GREAT young, polite, and efficient men and women working your tills.If the old gals aren’t going to offer to bag groceries, perhaps it’s time to consider self-checkouts.
