Bought a CFmoto Uforce 1000XL from Ryan. Awesome to deal with. Went in there with trade. Made a deal and left with the Uforce same day with in a few hours. Team was awesome to deal with.

I wanted to take some time to talk about my experience with S2S. I purchased a Monterey 238ss Boat from the boat show in February. I'm very happy with this purchase and the very fair deal I got on this beauty.What made this buying experience next level was the staff at S2S. Jay..my sales rep.. I'm going to go ahead and say he was the nicest, most genuine and helpful sales guy I've ever dealt with in any purchase lve ever made..thanks bro! A shout out to Dino who came on the sea trial with Jay...thanks for your good advice and tips and going over everything on the boat. The managers l dealt with with very fair during negotiations. And Kathleen in finance was amazing to deal with and made this dream a reality. Thanks!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. First time customer. Made a few calls, left messages, letting them know I would like to book an appointment. No call back. Tried filling out their email form online, still no call back or email. You won’t find me in your customer database, because I was never able to speak with a human. One person called me back several weeks later, but at that time I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere. I understand that sometimes places are understaffed, especially in your peak seasons. But to ignore customers for weeks on end, unacceptable. If you’re short staffed, which seems to be quite often, maybe you should look at hiring an appointment coordinator or someone that will at least answer the phone and return messages.

Salesman and buying experience was great. Parts and service not so much. As posted by others they never answer their phone and don't waste your breath leaving a message because nobody will call you back. Ended up having to call Kawasaki Canada to get parts that were apparently ordered issue resolved.

Do these guys even have a service department?!!!!!!Been waiting A MONTH on an update for our CF Moto zforce 800 for warranty work.Pointless to call the shop. Either told they'll get someone to check and call you back, or you leave a voice-mail, to which Noone has returned.UPDATE: JUNE 9.2 Months. And we're STILL waiting.Contacted CF Moto. They said they'd look into the matter. Now they are saying they are waiting for information from the dealership. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!Got a TEXT from S2S saying they are still waiting on approval. Which is it????Waiting for what? The second coming of Christ? Cmon guys. Some people need thier machine for things OTHER than ripping up backroads.UPDATE JULY 11STIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLL WAITING.

I had an amazing experience with the whole team down at S2S, Juan, Adam, Kathleen, and everyone else I ran into. I went to see a few other places, Juan was on top of his game. I contacted him first, went back and forth, he even did a bunch of background and sent me pictures and quotes through WhatsApp. He also gave me all the prices with taxes and fees included so it was easy to see what I would end up paying.They have an awesome selection of outdoor toys and accessories, and can do the service in house.I got the Polaris Northstar edition, so happy with it! Took it out to the hot springs last night, what a beast!

Professional and helpful place to buy your toys. Thanks, I'll be back for something else when the time is right to buy another toy. (Or my next servicing)
