In addition to a very professional and personal service Omar generously shares the connections and resources he has. Normac Insurance Appraisals
Normac has been doing the Insurance Appraisal for our small Calgary condominium for years and has always done a great job. They recently also completed our SIUD and were great through the process, answering questions quickly, getting on calls with boards to explain the needs and purpose of the SIUD and making changes based on owner feedback.

Excellent service! Unable to do their usual on-site visit for the Standard Insurable Unit Description due to COVID-19 , the Normac experts where able to help the Condo Corporation complete the SIUD through an on-line questionnaire. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
