Benjamin Moore - Atlantic Paint & Flooring Burnaby

Eric was extremely helpful and attentive. With his advice I got the right products, and he helped me load my vehicle. Great paint quality as always with Benjamin Moore, and friendly service to boot!

2 family members and I, walked into the store today in hopes of finding paint colors for our suite. The girl behind the counter looked up as we walked in and said absolutly nothing, not even a hello. There wasn't anyone else in the store. We looked at paint colors for 15 mins or so and she still said nothing at all. In these challenging times of a pandemic, most people are lucky to have a job, and this lady seems like she could careless about customer service or anything at all for that matter and perhaps should find another job is she is going to be this miserable towards customers. We would never shop at this location again. As we walked out, we opened the door and I promptly said goodbye loudly for her to hear us and she looked up and still said nothing. Not sure why anyone would employ such a miserable person. Perhaps they should take a look at their staff and realize that this is deterring customers from buying from their store. Would never shop here and encourage others to go somewhere else where they are atleast greeted when they walk in to an empty store.

I have worked with Kensington paint for many many years. Their service is outstanding! From colour matching, product recommendations and knowledge, fantastic in home consultations to same day deliveries these guys really go the extra mile for their customers. I myself use their store for many of my design needs and recommend all my clients to purchase any Benjamin Moore products or wallpaper from them; because like myself, I know they value the importance of customer service.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is! Eric went over and above to help me! The place is super child friendly, helped me carry all the things to my car and called me Miss! (Which I haven’t been called in years ha ha) would recommend 100%

I have been a customer of this store since 2007. Tim and Eric are and have always been very customer and community oriented and go out of their way to assist everyone. Best paint store ever! From product knowledge to customer service! Eric and Tim are always honest and would never try to sell you something you don’t need. Their colour consultants are experienced interior designers so you can trust they know what they’re doing. It has always been customer service above everything else and that’s what you get from a family owned business! They’re super generous as well for always donating to the schools in Burnaby. It is often stressful when you are dealing with a new build or a renovation which is why you should come to this store. It is quiet and you can sit down with a free coffee. The staff are helpful but not overbearing. You won’t ever feel pressured to hurry or that you have to make a purchase. The staff don’t work off commission because the owners put customer service over making money. Oh and they also offer a delivery service :)

Terrible customer service. We went in with questions, looking for advice on colours to repaint in our home. The girl who was working couldn’t have looked and acted more disinterested. We left with two tester colours, one of which we were given the wrong colour. I drove back the next day to exchange and the same disinterested girl didn’t even apologize. I’ve been to other Benjamin Moore stores and had wonderful and helpful customer service. Not this one! Will not be going back!

I’ve been shopping at Kensington paint and decorating for over 10 years. Tim and Eric have always gone above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. I have recommended them to many and pleased to find out that they all received great service as well.

The best Ben Moore dealer around town by far, it’s smaller than some but don’t let that fool you. Tim and Eric know their paint and stock some great products like the Picasso brushes that are hard to find elsewhere. The added bonus is that nothing looks as good as Aura on the wall!

Really positive experience here, staff is very helpful, took the time to show me new products without being pushy.Detailed their services for like delivery.Will definitely be going back when doing painting projects in Burnaby.On a side note, I have to say the Benjamin Moore pallate is very nice and diverse
