Float Valley

I have had a membership here for over a year, and it is my happy place. There is nothing remotely like 60 minutes floating in complete darkness and silence (though they do have music/guided meditation and ambient lighting if you would feel more comfortable).The ability to relax is second to none, and I find it amps up my creativity as well.There are a lot of other services too: RMT, infrared saunas, light therapy and more.Not that everything is a race, but I can wind down from stress faster here than anywhere else. I highly recommend!!

I went to Float Valley to try the cabin and I really want to go back. Only thing is that I wish you still had the ability to have music on. I was only able to relax with one of the lights on for my first time due to anxiety. The temp also may feel uncomfortable if you aren’t used to being in an environment that matches your body temp. I definitely should have left some water outside or even had electrolytes before the experience. Most of these things are just ways for you to feel more comfortable and not a reflection on Float Valley.

Let me start off by saying that my experience in the float tank itself was great. It was my first time and although it took a few minutes to get used to it, I was able to get into a deep relaxed state.However, the rest of my experience was underwhelming to say the least. I think I just got unlucky because I was given a tour and the rest of the rooms seemed clean and recently renovated. But my room was dated and dirty. It was not pleasant to shower before and after the float.- The robe was very worn and had holes in it- The room was covered in salt, from the floor to the walls to the bench. All my personal belongings had salt on them after which is very hard to get out.- The shampoo was separated and the body wash was watered downThis is not the experience I was expecting based on all the 5 star reviews. But again, the rest of the rooms/facility looked nice and the staff was friendly.

We had a great first impression and experience here. At the entrance there is an area to leave your shoes and change into slippers. The facility is clean and thoughtfully designed. Large waiting area and there is another area for complimentary tea and water. We were given a tour of the different services and rooms available. The ambient lighting in the halls is very calming and pretty.IR sauna: It's hot enough to break a sweat if you have low/average heat tolerance. Appreciate the towels laid out to sit on as it gives more reassurance on cleanliness. Towels are also provided for showering. We brought our own toiletries as that's our preference. The water dispenser in the room is very convenient.It would be great to have a timer on the wall that's visible from the sauna so you don't have to step out to check.

On June 1st I went to Float Valley for my first float experience ever. All I can say is 'It was AMAZING'! Not only did I enjoy the float and was so relaxed when I left, the staff and accommodations were impeccable. I can't wait to go back for another float as well as some of the other offerings they have. Thank you again for a memorable experience :)

Wonderful tranquil experience. I use to attend with a client for therapy and i have now returned post pandemic to work on healing myself. Craig and the other staff members are always attentive and kind. I will continue to return for infrared and trial ozone therapy.

Where do I begin.... 5 stars doesn't suffice to describe the experience we had at Float Valley. My partner and I went for our first ever float and we were welcomed into the space by Craig who made our experience absolutely divine. We booked the Oasis tanks for our first time and could not recommend it enough! The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need; a shower for before and after your float, towels, ear plugs and more! The space is beautiful and clean, The staff are passionate and the vibes are immaculate. We also got to experience the Lucia Light which we can not recommend enough, its an inexplicable experience which brought us so much joy and peace. If you're thinking of visiting, don't think twice! You will be well received and will be looking forward to your next visit as we are.

Excellent experience! We did the hot and cold therapy. I was amazed by how much care the team at Float put in the service, cleanliness and the overall experience. I heard they just started yoga and breath-work sessions as well which I’m looking forward to attending.

What a great and unique experience. Very clean and very friendly staff. Totally a place for those looking for some personal time. Did the 60min Ocean float and 60min Infrared Sauna. What an experience. Looking forward to trying the Ozone Sauna and others... Enjoyed some nice tea in the relaxing lounge area after. Highly recommended.
