Jordyn was the most amazing super helpful and personable. Not only did they process my order quickly but they also seamlessly found my online order. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and superb selection of sizing at this store as well

I went to find a pair of jeans at 8:30. Looked around with no luck. That’s when a young lady ask, “May I help you” i reminded her of the time, apologized, was 8:45. No worries she said. With her help I found the perfect pair. I thanked her. She didn’t hesitate, or give up knowing the time. I got her name Nadine. Wishing all workers helped as she did.

Always feeling welcome coming here. Awesome that the stuff just looks like you and me, normal people, honest opinions with a friendly smile. Great deals to find. And of course the bouncy balls are always a hit

Lots of sales and friendly staff. My only dislike is I couldn’t return an item my husband bought. Same banking account but because our cards have different numbers it was rejected.

My daughter received a gift from her grandmother who lives six hours away. My mother bought the present in June so she could bring it down in July and have me hold on to it until September, as she wasn't going to be there. My daughter’s birthday was this past week, she loved the outfit but it was just a size to small. I went to the store here in Brantford with a gift receipt and all tags on the clothes. I wanted to exchange for a larger size and was told they would not exchange it because the clothes were purchased over 30days ago. I could understand if there was no receipt or if the tags were off but there was none of that. Then I find out if I did not have the receipt, I could have done an exchange. How MESSED up is that!!! It definitely doesn’t pay to be honest with Old Navy!!

The first obvious aspect of the Brantford store's atmosphere is the total lack of racial diversity in their workforce. Then, when I tried to exercise my Indigenous tax exemption, the cashier wanted me to fill out a legal form, thereby creating hoops and barriers that other stores do not. Indigenous Reconciliation and Old Navy" is an oxymoron like jumbo shrimp."

The last couple of times I have come into this store the customer service has been incredible. I am always greeted, everyone smiles at you, I am always asked if I can be assisted. That's what I call great customer service but the staff at this store goes above and beyond. I usually go in with two very young children and everyone is so kind to them and have even gone so far as to give them stickers.Today one of your staff members saved my child's life. I was tending to my eldest child (3yo) at the front of the store and could see my youngest petting the manican dog, I took my eyes off of her for one second and one of the staff said OH! And acted quickly running out of the store and grabbing my 18month old who took off after pressing the bottom to open the doors automatically. Thank you to that particular staff member and to the rest of the staff. You guys are incredible.

I am soooo tired of them not having the proper size pants. I go online and and in store. They have all small size 0, - 9.Please order more plus sizes!!! Thank you.

It's okay I guess it's not somewhere I'd shop for clothing I find the stuff is very thin for winter wear oh. It looks like it's made for someone is living in California. Staff is friendly and helpful prices were okay as well but again it's not a place I'd go to find my stuff to each their own.

Purchased a pair of shorts and a top. Helpful staff, prices are a little steep but aren't they all..
