We have a broken Forklift and need new batteries. We have tried calling maybe 15 times the past two days to get our batteries either repaired or replaced and nobody picks up the phone. This is extremely frustrating and wasting our time.

Email/phone message both state open till 3pm for pickup. Left work 3hours early to make it in time only to pull up to loading dock and see a sign saying Friday 930 - noon. Perhaps adjust email, phone and Google to better reflect this discrepancy to save issues going forward .

What a great company to work with. Long story, but I was having trouble replacing my father's batteries on his Invacare mobility scooter (which is probably one of the worst companies to deal with), and in no time someone on the phone was able to place the order online with me. The best thing is that I placed the order Thursday afternoon and I received the batteries Friday at 10 am.

Amazing! They have every battery you can possibly think of. I love the option of ordering online with same day pick up. Yvonne is a very sweet lady who was able to help me as I did not know much about batteries. Easy to find location and close to the highway. I'll definitely visit again soon.

Ordered two 12V batteries online for my kid's water toy. Curbside pickup ended at 1pm and it was 2pm on a beautiful, sunny Friday. Called and they graciously stayed open so I could pick up. Order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Wonderful, friendly, local service. Price was considerably cheaper than similar item on Amazon. Will always shop here in the future.

AMAZING customer service - all my pre-sales questions were answered immediately. Super fast delivery, arrived at my door in two days and fully charged. Dimensions were exactly as posted and it suited my need perfectly (replaced a battery from motomaster powerbox that went bad). Highly recommended!

Great service. I have been searching for a replacement battery for my older Yeti 400 power station for a long time. I was suggested an alternative battery since the older model is nowhere to be found. The specs gave exact dimensions so I was able to measure the power station to see if it would fit. Perfect fit!. Your prices are the best around and the delivery was fast. Battery arrived fully charged and my power station lives again for another few years. Well done!

Have had two orders in the last four months, one for batteries for my wife's scooter and this week for a UPS battery. I found Brian at Battery Specialist to quickly answer any questions about the products involved and then two days later they appear at my door, exactly as described and everything worked as they should.
