Absolutely top notch experience. Positive everything and negative nothing experience. Stu was referred to me for our hot water boiler replacement and was prompt, professional, polite, communicative etc. Neat clean installation, better than the original. The owner Stew is very knowledgeable professional plumber. He answered many questions that other plumbers could not. He simplifies the matter, analyses the situation and convinces the customer with very logical reasons. He is very human and technical; I know that there is a small Gas Leak and I was going to call Fortis-BC people again, being a responsible a Gas Fitter, he insisted not to leave without fixing the leak without any charge. Strew is a great ambassador of plumbers.

Stew was able to fix a couple plumbing issues that we have been having for over 7 years. We have had numerous other plumbers look at our problems during that time and not be able to fix it, as our plumbing system is a bit complicated. Stew quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, and his prices are very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had Stew here a few weeks ago to replace my hot water tank and fix a leak I found under my bathroom sink. He was very quick and responsive to my inquiries and only chooses the best in quality equipment to have installed. I went out for a few quotes and his was the most competitive and best valued. Stew is a technical expert and is highly respected by all others in the plumbing and heating trade. He cares about his clients and is more than willing to go the extra mile and take time to explain what he is doing. Very honest, professional and high quality work. Stew doesn't farm out work to a bunch of overcharging apprentices, he's the hands on expert. Considering the quality, by far the best value plumber I've found. I've recommended to a number of my friends already.
