Big store with great selection. However, nude colours for brown/dark skin tones are hardly available or always out of stock, especially their undergarments section.

Good quality clothings. Size is available except for some extra small clothings for men. Naruto and other animie prints are awesome. It's absolutely worth your while. Checkouts are very advanced. You just have to put your liked dresses, and everything is automatically calculated. You can use the UNIQLO app as well to view styles that suit you. Give it a try. Jackets for winter are warm as well.

Love the clothing. But you'll need to go to the store to shop because they've chosen to use FedEx as a courier. FedEx is not able to deliver packages. They're the worst. So I'll go back to Uniqlo only if they fix their choice of delivery agents.

Hands down my favorite store in the mall. It can seem a little expensive to some, but the quality, fit, & style is worth it. Everytime I visit here, I purchase something.I haven't seen a lot of staff in store whom I could approach and ask for help, but there's always someone to greet when you enter. You can try your clothes before purchasing and they do offer tailoring as well (additional costs).

@James WE I entirely agree with your assessment of Uniqlo's loss prevention. I have witnessed employees try to bully and coerce me, and people I have shopped with into handing over items they have paid for in order to save themselves to embarrassment" or "make things easy". On one occasion a loss prevention employee would not admit that defeat despite being presented with a receipt

Everything was fine and I have been shopping here. Until 2 days ago, April 19. I walked into the store to browse items, wearing a uniqlo louvre hoodie that I bought under discount 19.99 about two months ago.I was walking around the store, then decided to ask an Asian older lady, employee of yours a question. She was very rude from the beginning. then the situation turned from bad to worse. she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the hoodie from the store. She told me that the hoodie has been in the store very recently and she doesn’t believe me that I bought it previously . I asked her to show me if the hoodie is even in the store since I thought it would’ve been discontinued because I bought it under clearance.. if you end up reading this from Uniqlo, then I can clearly identify the person I was talking to. I’m pretty sure she will confirm the incident as well.I felt genuinely disrespected and humiliated . Just because I buy stuff from Uniqlo doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to wear it back into the store when I am shopping. I have all of the receipts needed for proof. If you are from Uniqlo and you’re reading this, if you care at least for a bit about your customer experience, I will get this person as soon as possible out because she was from the very beginning, very discriminatory against me in the way she was talking. Once she had a hunch that I stole some thing, even though it was completely baseless she went ahead and told all of the employees in the surrounding area that she thinks I have stolen a hoodie. And she kept insisting on till the end of our interaction that I have stolen the item and she just didn’t wanna budge even though I kept telling her that I don’t think the store sold anymore this item and i can show the receipts etc. etc.P.S. I’m sad that I won’t be shopping at this store again cuz truly i loved it so much, but i have never been humiliated like that anywhere and will not set foot into this pathetic establishment anymore.

Very possibly the worst customer service of any retail location I have ever shopped at. Employees will hurry, and rush you though self-checkout. In the changerooms there was a 20 minute wait when I went, and employees will count your items when you go in and out I suppose in some meaningless attempt to prevent you from stealing? Loss-prevention, namely Harry Singh was fanatical, overreaching, humiliating, and discriminatory. I had paid for my purchases and was in the process of entering another store when I was stopped by Mr. Singh who grabbed my bags, began searching for a receipt, and upon not finding one told me he would be taking my stuff to the store and it would be best for me if I just allowed him to take all of my stuff so as to save me the trouble. Luckily, I already knew something wasn't right with this interaction and stayed with my articles. Mr. Singh had informed me that their system" had detected a theft in my bags

Location is unbeatable, being in the Eaton Centre and right on the subway line. Very wide range of apparel in all sizes. Great fabrics and colours. Prices are low! My wardrobe overflows with Uniqlo clothing!
