Darren our sales rep was excellent! We were well looked after and follow ups were completed in a very timely manner. Darren introduced us to both the design consultant Mary-Lee and manager Randa who both took extraordinarily amounts of time to help us make informed decisions.We never felt rushed or hurried into making a decision.We have had La-Z-Boy furniture in the past and have been very pleased with it and are looking forward to enjoying our new furniture.Thanks to all at the Kingston store for making this an enjoyable shopping experience.

Deborah is excellent. On point, no upselling, exceptionally knowledgeable and just a charming person. The atmosphere was relaxed, and once we asked for assistance it was provided promptly. A nice change.We were able to select pieces that met our needs and taste with the assistance of insights but absolutely no pressure.Thank you!

This was a great shopping experience at a retail store in Kingston. The time needed to make choices was generous and there for me. A very nice surprise as compared to some other Kingston shopping experiences. Worthwhile suggestions for choices and for suitable equipment and colors were] made during the process , contributing to a very successful purchase. I am vey pleased with the couch that was ordered, and color matches with existing furnishings will tie things together and give a great refresh to my room. I m looking forward to the delivery to complete this process. My personal thank you to Barbara for her effort and analysis of my needs, to arrive at the final choices that are now in place.

Horrible customer service. Purchased 4 coffee tables that were very expensive. They delivered and one was so damaged why they would have put it on the truck is beyond me. I had to chase them to get another with little communication on their part. 2nd table deliver was also visibly damaged as was the third! Still trying to get them to resolve this.

I wouldn't give even a star if I had a choice. I want to start by saying that this isn't the first time we have owned La-Z-Boy. So this experience is not a reflection on the brand, but on the store. BUYER BEWARE! We purchased 3 leather couches and a leather chair with extended warranty from the Kingston Location in the Fall of 2021. The one item has a scratch which requires repair and two of the items came damaged. We were not aware of the damage until after it was un-packaged in our home. An immediate e-mail was sent with pictures documenting the problem and were assured that it would be taken care of. Fast forward several weeks and a phone call was finally received stating that a repair person who makes their own schedule" would be in touch to book us in for repair. Fast forward a few more weeks and as I still hadn't heard anything from anyone I decided to go back into the store to follow-up. I was told that the repair person doesn't service our area as we live too far away and that the matter has gone back to the service department. There was no communication to us about this!I was finally contacted by service a few days after my in-store visit and told that if I wanted the items repaired that I would have to bring them back to the warehouse and have them fixed there. We aren't talking about portable items

My parents had a service call performed by Evan at the Kingston location. They were extremely pleased with the work provided and attention to detail. They greeted Evan and said what a pleasant demeanor he had. He answered all their questions and was very clean.A huge thank you to the service team for arranging for the chair to be fixed in a timely manner.Antoinette Dodge

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Kingston La-Z-Boy store. Deborah was amazing!!! She came up and greeted me, asked lots of great questions to find out what I was looking for and really helped me out it all together. I am colour-blind and she helped me with colour matching and making it all come together. There was no pressure and no rushing, even though she was the only sales person on and jumping between customers. I am very grateful for Deborah’s help and would absolutely recommend. So excited for my new furniture to arrive!!!

My new Lazy Boy living room arrived on Thursday and I can't tell you how thrilled I am with it all. Barb Patton helped me pick the right styled sofa for my very small home and my three Shelties. We had a great time finding the right pillow fabric, selecting a recliner, area carpet and coffee table to go with the sofa. My living room has never looked so good, thanks to Barb's keen eye. The whole experience was so enjoyable and I never felt any pressure at all. She explained everything about the fabrics, warranties, delivery, etc. to me and I felt like she would spend as much time as I needed to help me make the right choices. The two fellows who delivered the furniture were wonderful as well. They laid the carpet and then set up the whole living room for me. They also gave me information on the carpet and furniture that I didn't know. I would recommend anyone wanting quality furniture to visit Lazy Boy and I would highly recommend visiting Barb for a very professional experience.The extra pillows, picture and lamps from Lazy Boy have arrived and completed the living room. Totally satisfied with everything and the total look! Many thanks again

Went in to browse prices for furniture and decorations for a house next year. Went with 3 friends, we are all in university. Main woman with short hair who was working immediately came up to us to ask what we were doing, confused on why we would be shopping here. We explained, and she told us we wouldn’t find anything for next year, and stared at us as if waiting for us to leave. I told her thank you and we continued to browse. She followed us around, staring, as if expecting us to smash or steal something. I understand we probably look younger than the average shopper there, but she immediately assumed we were there to cause trouble rather than purchase something, and treated us as such. Will be shopping somewhere else in the future.
