We would not recommend using ADM. We hired Andrea and her team to complete renovations on our townhouse before moving in, and started to regret it early on.The quality of work was fine at the end of the day, aside from an issue with an appliance. It was installed incorrectly and never followed up on (we also asked for warranty documents several times and never received them). The real hassle was with the lack of responsiveness, transparency and follow-through. The complete lack of anything close to costumer service was frustrating and we were on the verge of cancelling our work prematurely and calling someone else. While we're sure it could have been worse, the experience was solidly worse than mediocre.
