Called in to get a safety certificate done on short notice and was accommodated for. Was relieved at first, but when I got there it was a different story. I was in a time crunch to get to a ServiceOntario for 3:30PM. I arrived at 1:40. The front desk guy told me it would take an hour, so I thought that would be fine. I let him know of my situation and that I was in a rush - to which he replied not happening

They're service is friendly, fast and efficient. They have the cleanest shop you will ever see and they will explain exactly what's going on with your vehicle, the cost and the time it takes to make the repairs. Their prices are fair and competitive. They are thorough - informing me of what may be upcoming, as far as preventative maintenance, without the high pressure tactics I have come across in dealerships, and they offer a shuttle service if you can't wait for your repairs.You will often hear people in town say, If you take it to Gary's

Not pleased with the overall service here. I was charged $300 to diagnose my car only for them to tell me they can’t do the work and it needs dealer attention..ok, I get it…but why bother with the oil change and extras if It still needs to go elsewhere? So basically, it was $300 for an oil change and to tell us they don’t have the skills to repair it…I would have stopped any additional service had I known this is how they operate. We Won’t go back…I thought I’d support local over our large dealership in Newmarket and it burned us. Anyone looking for an honest place just look elsewhere and save the headaches and run-around. They aren’t interested in servicing new customers from town, they think their past reputation and business will allow them success in the future…not a chance!! Boomers don’t run the planet anymore Gary!! Get in the know and welcome yourself into the model era or get left behind. Everyone I come in contact with locally will known about this garbage.

Great lads at Gary’s Service! I love that these old coots are so smart and up to date with all of the latest technology.They may seem miserable at times but that’s because they are concentrating so hard at taking care of your vehicle. I’ve seen one of them laugh once too. I can’t remember which one. It was great!Thanks

These guys are amazing. My emergency brake got stuck on I stopped by at the shop to drop the van off to get fixed. They brought the van in right away and opened the brake back up for me free of charge. Ill definitely go there for any vehicle problems in the future for now on. Thanks guys

I went to Gary’s Service for the first time today for an oil change.I was served by Gary himself at the front counter. He was polite and professional. I noted that the shop was busy - lots of customers, phone calls, etc. - which is a good thing. I would recommend booking an appointment as I did.The oil change was completed without issue. I received a text message while waiting in the lobby which contained a link for a full report on the work done, things noted, etc. It was helpful, and let me know that they looked at a bunch of things while my vehicle was in for service. They found a burnt out LED running light, and the report contained a picture of my vehicle with the specific light circled - which I felt would be helpful for someone if they weren’t terribly familiar with vehicles.The facility itself was very clean and tidy, unlike most shops. The customer lobby was very clean, tidy, and well spaced out with chairs and a TV, and the garage itself appeared clean and tidy as well. The washroom was super clean and smelled great, which was refreshing.Even the exterior grounds were beautiful - they have a beautiful raised gazebo and immaculate flower bed that I saw a customer sitting about and reading a book. Even the interlock at the entrance was immaculate. I mention this because I think it’s a perfect correlation to Gary’s business, professionalism, and attention to detail.Thank you Gary for a great experience - I will for sure be back.
