Great customer centric insurance company!

We had a neighbours tree fall on my truck, trailers and house around 10:00 pm September 2021 Kent & Essex rep Vasco was at my house within an hour. I was taken care of very promptly, professionally and felt they really cared. I would recommend Kent & Essex Mutual and BrokerLink to anyone. It was a very positive experience and very happy with the end results.

House burnt down 2017. They pay contractor in the mean time still waiting for repairs on ceramic, paint,furnace , sump pump, cement.

Fantastic service and friendly staff.

Only gave me 60% of what it would take to find a suitable replacement for my truck that was stolen. They then raised my premium $700 per year because the only decent reliable car I could find with the money they gave me happens to be a very popular model so there are more claims made for them than my truck. And since I’m a good customer who just paid my entire yearly insurance, the cancellation fee they would want is too high for me to shop around elsewhere. No respect.They’re charging me more for a major downgrade in vehicle when I’d have gladly gotten a truck with cheaper insurance if they’d simply not been so cheap. Don’t trust your broker if they try to set you up with this company.

Our overall claim experience has been good. I do believe the adjuster we dealt with needs to communicate better. However, they offered a very fair payout and have been great to do with in every other aspect.
