Edited, 3 star review:Reception called to rectify the situation and apologized for the miscommunication, they would usually transfer you to another lawyer if the person you had a consultation originally is booked. I was asked if I would like another consultation with a senior lawyer and I took the offer. I am happy they took the time to reach out to get a better understanding of what went wrong and rectified the situation!Previous 1 star review:They moved my consultation appointment 3 different times, then took forever to get back to me about being able able take me on as a client, I actually have to reach out the then twice to hear anything back and when I called the second time they were just like yeah sorry no availability for this specific lawyer right now, and didn't even offer another lawyer that specialized in Family Law... (they have many)
