The food was good but way overpriced!The portion was so little that I had to order a second meal.I would recommend Cactus Club instead. Same type of kitchen, similar prices but a much better value.The atmosphere was nice.

Wonderful location with amazing hostesses! Gina was in charge of our table and she did an excellent job taking care of our needs! I believe I had the Bombay Butter Chicken and wow!!! It was so good I ordered an extra rice bowl. I had to pair it up with their Kendall Jackson 'Avant' Chardonnay. Prolly one of the best meals I’ve had this year so far! Will definitely drop by again!!

First review: 1 starSecond review: 5 starsThe team at JOEY sure take the feedback seriously!First visit was a little let down. The team took interest to find out what they can do better.Second visit, I have to say it was probably one of the best dining experiences I have had.The atmosphere is welcoming, their cocktails are great and food is delicious. With all this being said, in my opinion the service is what takes the best part, they are incredibly attentive and accommodating!Will definitely visit again!

Joey never disappoints with their food. Always of high quality and the menu is always fresh.Downtown has a super vibe with the post work crowd raising the bar on the cool factor.Our hostess was a little inauthentic. Too put on. But the service was service-able.

Always ALWAYS. A must when going to a concert at Rogers place. We’ve been here 3 times and the service has never failed to impress. busy place on event nights for sure but service is always on the ball, food is out fast, and the servers are always amazing. Price is very fair compared to portion, taste and atmosphere. Feels very fancy dining without breaking the bank. 1000% recommend and will be back for the next concert we attend. Thank you!

Overall a decent experience. We were seated promptly and didn't have to wait long for our drink or dinner order to be taken. Food portions were maybe a bit on the small side but tasted excellent. I did have to ask the waitress twice for water however, and the music in the restaurant is definitely too loud. They should lower it 20 to 30 percent so that we can carry a normal conversation without having to raise our voices. But overall a pretty good first impression and service was courteous.

I’ve heard service here was great but that wasn’t the case when me and a couple of friends decided to go here for my birthday. We were served so poorly and not only it made us feel unwelcome and by the time our food came the pasta to their so called chicken parmigiana was hard. The food was unappetizing. The only good thing was this drink called “she pretty”, but Joeys was just another typical white restaurant with uninviting customer service.

Came in during the busy Friday night hockey game (Go Oilers!). Sophia was our server, we were pleased with the efficient and awesome service we received from her (especially considering how busy it was here), definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great food with reasonable pricing. Most likely going to have to pay for parking if you drive here as it's in the ice district and parking is hard to come by but great vibes for a dinner out with friends.Our waitress seemed very inexperienced though and didn't remember parts of our order. Is affogato not something Joey offers? I asked for one and explained what it was to our waitress but she served it already poured and was cold when I received it. I also didn't get a spoon and our waitress left before I had time to notice and didn't come back for a long time. I ended up eating the ice cream with the chopsticks served at the table...... My friend ordered one after me and the espresso came out 5+ minutes after the ice cream was served (again without a spoon even though I specifically asked for one this time).If you are unsure what a customer is asking for please ask a more experienced staff member or Google it OR just say we can't make it. That was so ridiculous and unprofessional to me and it seemed like the waitress just didn't care.I do think Joey's is a good place though and would go back.... I'm assuming most staff members are more present and professional.
