Recommend Ellen Bakker - Real Estate 100%! No question is too much or weird, she guided us through the process with knowledge and experience. The process is nerve wrecking, but with her excellent communication it was brought to a minimum! Also, having the option of staging the house is a key when wanting to sell quickly. It was a lot of work to get there, but very much worth the effort!
