The customer service was amazing! Isabelle, a young staff member, went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, very kind, and even assisted me further before I even asked. She made sure I had everything that I needed and all the help I needed before leaving me. It was so nice to see such excellent customer service from someone so young.

This is one the worst stores. Not even keeping the baskets and saying customers are stealing. I mean have to find a solution and not keep basket.. prices have risen so much. The stuffs they sell at 50% should be 50cents but they sell it and make money out of them. It’s unfortunate Walmart is better place.

Not a bad place to shop but noticed when product is on sale, they often don't have it. This is a loss leader. Store gets people to come in with a sale product, but when you go, the product is not there with the store hoping you will buy other things. It happened to me with milk. When on sale not in store for over a week. At regular price plenty in stock.

I’ve been shopping at this No Frills since 2006 and it was always decent. I am disappointed to say that going forward I will definitely be going elsewhere to shop. A few weeks ago, I purchased No Name Coffee pods for $5.99. Went back the next day and they were $1 more! Today I Bought 2 cases of water and from the Boss Man" according to staff

If there was a option of 0 star i would have given that because the reciver of this store is so racist. He don't talk to driver's in a good manner . Storemanager and store owner should teach him how to speak with other's. Even a kid has more atticates and manners than him.I don't know why the store management has hired him.

Clean store. Great selection. Needs more cashiers. Long line-ups at the cash. Didn't used to have this issue, but it is an issue lately.

Great produce! Meat is pretty good, too. The prices are always the best in comparison to many other well-known grocery stores. I save a lot on veggies, fruits and pantry items etc!

Tried to return something from a different no frills that I bought. I didn't want to drive the rest of the way to the place because it was on the way home. They said they would not return it.Does nothing on the website about not being able to return anything from another? No frills? I did have the receipt. Bad customer service will not be returning.

I mostly shop for meat, eggs, butter, cream but they tend to have lots of fresh local produce in season at competitive or lower prices.

Shopped at Michael’s No Frills today. I wanted to buy peppers. The red peppers’ sign said Canadian peppers at $4.49 /lb. The green peppers were US at 3.49/lb. I wanted Canadian so when I picked up the red pepper the little sticker on it said product of Mexico. So their signage was wrong! So I picked up the green pepper and the sticker on it said product of Mexico. Why lie about where the produce is from? Some of us want to buy Canadian. I did not buy any peppers there. Change your signs and be truthful about where the product comes from. And you really have to inspect all the fruits and vegetables at all the stores, but some are better than others.On a positive note the lady at the self check out is always helpful and pleasant.
