Stayed here during the Rock The Park event. Was a good price, room was clean but simple. Bit of a haul to get down to Harris Park or the downtown area but you can take the local bus which is nearby. Overall it was a good stay and nice to see that they repurposed the old Sister's of St. Joe's site. Keep in mind the rooms are pretty much a slightly updated hospital type of room when booking.

A member of my family had surgery at London University Hospital and I stayed at guest house on the mount during this time. It was very close to the hospital and very convenient. The room and services were all that I needed at that time. The room was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I ate while I was at the hospital so I had no need for a restaurant. My stay allowed me to remain close to my loved one. I would definitely use this establishment again.

If you need an accessible suite or need a room where you need two beds, (parents and child), or care giver and person, highly suggest Suite 107, for a longer term stay to be near the hospital. It is a fully accessible studio, with modern kitchenette, and queen and single bed, ensuite fully accessible bathroom. It had basic plates and a dishwasher. From posts, there are tiers to rooms, not all bedrooms have the same facilities, so ask before you book. Not all all rooms are the same vintage or look. Can have a cheap rate for shared washroom in the hall, or spend more and have ensuite. This is perfect if you need a clean place to stay near the university or hospital or maybe you need hostel type stay. They allow late check in, just mention your needs at booking. Noise does travel a bit but was quiet for sleeping purposes when we stayed. Nice, helpful people at booking and at desk. Desk manned 24 hours. Vintage key system and the building is an older type. Buzzer in after hours. Again, if you have unexpected hospital situation and have to be nearby, would suggest this as a safe, basic place to stay.

Clean quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Within easy walking distance to hospital. I would recommend this to any future cardiac patents' families.

I stayed one night ( June 23, 2023) after reading all those comments and review. It was not matching with actual situation. The rooms are small then expected. Unfortunately I booked three rooms without thinking about attached washrooms. I have requested front desk service to change the booking to rooms with washrooms. She said it's not possible as payment was done though I told I am willing to pay for additional amount. I checked online and found rooms were available. Rooms smelled and AC were not working. Bed cover was little dirty. I communicated Expedia but did not help. The customer service were not professional. Time of communication from 9:30 pm to 11pm. Then I add one room with washroom. Hopefully I will never book through Expedia and recommend to anyone this guest house.

A hidden gem. Our room was clean and had exactly what we needed. While it was a small room my wife and I found it to suit our needs perfectly. And we both commented on how comfortable the bed was.They should upgrade their router for their free wi-fi.

This is a great place to stay at an excellent price. Clean, comfortable, full kitchen if you want to make your own meal. Close to the university and the main bus route. We’ll stay there again.

You kind of get what you expect, in a good way. It’s kind of a perfect place if you are here for a few nights and don’t really plan to stay indoors for too long. The bathrooms were actually kept clean which was unexpected for something that is shared. Kitchen was nice as well but small. I’m not a fan of shared bathroom and kitchen but that’s what we signed up for. the only “complaint” i have is that the furniture were starting to show their age. The staff and other guests were pleasant too
