She really knows how to get into the fascia and release long-standing tension. I had a shoulder pain that had been bugging me for months and it was gone after only one session. So worth it!

Allow your body and breath to work with Lan as she applies her treatment. Her treatments are intended help reorganize the accumulation of tension in the body’s connective tissue (fascial) structures, specifically around the joints and between the muscles. The effects are deep in nature and the pressure is not superficial. It can be intense during treatment but I love how energized my body feels after treatment and for weeks afterwards. Her skilled application does not leave my tissues damaged with any swelling or bruising.I recommend Lan for those who would like to experience something other than ‘a body rub’, and to really help with any habitual compensation patterns.
