Fujitec Elevator - Toronto (CAN HQ)

These are the worst elevators I have ever used, and I have lived in 4 countries. A 41 storey building functioning mostly on a single elevator for at least the last couple of months. The lines are insane and I waste 15-20 mins of my precious time every time. Just awful!!! Very poor service which deserves zero stars if that was an option.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I live in a 3 yr old building which has 3 elevators. We have been down to 1 elevator EVERY SINGLE day for at least 6 months. They break down MULTIPLE times a day leaving everyone stranded. Their technicians dont give any specifics about the problem and yet they cant keep the elevators in service for longer than a a couple of hours.Clearly. The safety and well being of the customers are NOT a concern to this company. It is a shame companies with this lack of quality and service still operate.

This is the worst elevator response service I have ever encountered. We had 1 elevator out of 3 working all weekend and then the 3rd one went out of service Monday morning. The repair service man just showed up at 8 pm. This is a 33 storey building with no elevators functioning . Fujitec should be rethinking your emergency response time. I hope none of the seniors in my building experienced trauma or worse . Disgusting emergency service response. I will definitely check into the service company of the elevators when I move. I will not be renting in a building that has a Fujitec serviced elevator ,I want the stars ranking to go into the minuses so I can really rate this company. Again, disgusting!

I'd give 0 star if I could. Our building is not even 3 yrs old and our 3 elevators have had countless malfunctions. Right now all 3 are out for almost A WEEK and we are a 30+ floor building. The technician comes everyday and tells us it will be fixed tmr, only to repeat this nonsense the next day. Apparently their trashy technology is also monopolized so Fujitech is the only company that can fix it. Folks, when u think about buying a condo, check the Elevator service provider!!! If it's Fujitech, avoid at all cost!!! This will be the most regretful investment of your life!

Worst company to do maintenance/repairs in elevators.They have no emergency response, our elevators on Madison are EVERY weekend going out of order. We have a total of 4 elevators, starting Friday our elevators starts to stop, by Sunday 1pm we have ONE elevator on a 33 storey bulding with more than 500 people living in it. This has happened the past 4 weekends in a row.This is absolutely the worst service ever.

Elevators from this company break down 2-3 times a day at my condo. I wish I was over-exaggerating. We live on the 40th floor and had to take the stairs up a couple times. Or ride on a jam packed elevators and ignore covid protocols because only one elevator is working. We get several emails a day saying that a service call to fujitec" has been made. The elevators works for a couple of hours and then the same elevator breaks down again several hours later. God forbid there was a fire

I live in L tower and out of the 3 years I've lived here I cannot remember a time when all 9 elevators have been working properly. Trash elevators. Trash repairs. Trash customer service.

Should be -5 stars. Horrible product and manufacturing. Elevators continuously breaking down multiple times throughout the day. Elevators need to be repaired however fujitech provides no timeline for repairs or specifics to what needs to be repaired. Stay away from this company. Have had instances of elevators falling multiple levels. Customer care and safety is not a priority for fujitech.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I live in Jade (33 shore breeze dr.). There is currently someone stuck in the elevator for over an hour and no eta on service to arrive. This has happened at least a few times.Another incident, a service man is leaving after working on the elevators and tells security not to call him if it breaks again. It broke as he walked out the door.We have been down to 2 elevators for over 2 months because you tried to over quote the repair for $500k. After investigation by and an auditor it was no where near that much. We’ve been waiting all this time still to get back to 3 elevators makes living in this building feel like you are trapped.Don’t know how you sleep at night running such a company with no value in your customers.Have fun settling all the law suits in court clowns.

This company is a disaster, avoid buying elevator from here to save your life. We live in a new building Jade condo and there are 3 elevators. One is broken completely, the other two broke every day. Yes, everyday! They come and fix in the morning, in the afternoon it breaks again. They come again and the other day it breaks again. It’s been like this for past months. LOL, they don’t care about customers at all, as long as elevator sold, DONE!
