Pharmacist Liam is very friendly and helpful. He took the time to review my medications and possible interactions with something I needed to purchase. Best interaction by far. Thank you for all your help Liam!

This is a convenient location and has a very large parking lot. This location has some food products and various other items. Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This location also has self checkout option.

This is a very clean and well staffed locations. Shoppers also have the ONLY self checkout machines that actually just work which is a huge win in my books.Took off one star because bike parking is in a spot you can't get to without damaging your bike, cars, or other people.

Every time I visit this location and Denise is working she remembers my name and takes the time to make me feel as a valued customer. . . I really want the managers to be aware of the wonderful person she is.

I go here often to buy hygiene and household items. It's usually a great store however I've noticed they are not doing their part with preventing the spread of covid 19. There are times the store has many people in it (I've never counted the exact number) that it is hard to move through the store to keep distance. I was in there today and they have signs that if you enter the store you must wear a mask but they do not enforce that rule. I was in line behind a lady who was not wearing a mask there was 3 staff members around 1 at the cash register serving this lady and 2 near the self check out I was surprised to find that none of the staff asked her to wear a mask not only is it now a law you wear a mask in public but it made me upset as a mother of a 21 month old who just spent 7 weeks in hospital within the 7 weeks was in the pediatric ICU twice hooked up to a ventilator, I am terrified to bring any kind of virus home to him. Please everybody do your part to prevent this virus from spreading wearing a mask isn't just to protect yourself or the elderly it's to protect EVERYONE

The make-up specialist at the counter assisted me at the skincare department today, while I was trying to figure out what product would help me reduce redness and irritation after a product I used burned my skin. She showed genuine concern, sympathy and helped me make an informed decision. I ended out purchasing cicaplast baume b5 (which worked wonders btw). I didn’t grab her name, but she provided exceptional customer service! She was a great representation of the company! Thank you so much for your help!!

The pharmacy staff is honestly some of the best in the city. I was having issues getting a certain brand of birth control before I left on the trip, they gave me several different options to help me get the drugs i needed, even giving me options for generic brands, and still ended up coming through with my perscribed brand in the end. 10/10 best shoppers in the city

Takes them almost 24 hours to deliver covid 19 medication. I got my prescription filled yesterday afternoon and today they said I'll get it this evening at 930... I'm sick with covid and helpless, obviously do not count on Shoppers Drug mart. Go elsewhere please.

Absolute worst customer service at the Pharmacy. Been waiting on a simple generic medication for 2 weeks - not a single employee is interested in resolving the issue, nor did the Pharmacist on staff take ownership. It's my doctor's fault apparently - but I have never had an issue with any other pharmacy. When I asked if I should try another Pharmacy...? Pharmacist on staff said go right ahead!" No wonder retail Pharmacy is a dying sector! Time to give the smaller local Pharmacy a try!"

Pharmacist is absolutely inconsiderate, called to ask a question because something happened and she acted as if I did it on purpose then blamed me. She is an awful person who has no human compassion. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
