Not sure where our last review went. I wrote it in May 2022 after we switched companies. It is strange that it disappeared. But here it is again.This was our insurance company for 10 plus years. Our insurance did nothing but go up and up. We even dropped coverage to liability on one car as a means to reduce costs. When we called our rep was always on vacation. I don't think they ever had a rep assigned to us. We always had to call a bunch of times trying to get answers. When we tried to get trailer insurance it took days to get a quote and was so much higher than a company we discovered through word of mouth.When we decided to look around after getting our renewal papers at the beginning of the year, it only took a call to one company to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce our costs. We believe that we were taken advantage of by this company.

We just sold and bought our forever home as well as updated our insurance on a second property. Adrian Neely has been incredible to work with the entire time.
