Amazing Flooring

Very bad customer service. They sell very cheap and mix match color tiles. We ended up ripping the tiles all together because each and every tiles were different colors. they didn't do nothing about it but just wasted our time coming to inspect and Jim the manager agreed those tiles were bad and has different colors and vains. Worst company to deal with. Stay away

There laminate and vinyl is great installed in few of my customers placeswent really greatthey have there laminate waxed on all 4 side locks which makes it water resistant great idea , normally laminate you buy from other places doesn't have any wax and gets damaged with little water .

Good products. Tiles looks so fabulous in my home.

i bought Amazing Vinyl Product from Gracious Tiles and hardwood Oakvilleit went really great locking system is very good easy to install , 100% waterproof product i would recommend it everybody for sureThanks for making my floor look Beautiful .

Great collection of tiles!

Amazing flooring definitely is not amazing. I've been tiling for over 25 years and have never come across such garbage. Let me start with the design, they only have two variation of each tile, I've purchased about 800sqft and each tile looks like an xerox of each other. The material is also the worst as 10% of tiles were broken in packaging or broke while installing. The tiles are easily chipped and damaged, absolutely worst store and brand. I no longer will be purchasing from Gracious Hardwood and flooring. Customers are extremely dissatisfied and so am I, never again.

Wow factor qua material purchased from gracious hardwood . Amazing brand waterproof laminate is a wonderful product . Despite water flooding in my basement the product does not got damage and after cleaning it was intact. Saves money. This experience gave me good experience and build trust in the amazing brand.
