We frequently have our Cairn groomed with Karen and she's an absolute sweetheart with our pup. The staff are kind and considerate, and even offered to deliver a big bag of dog food after learning I was to walk home with it. Really exceptional service.

I am a second time customer, and was trying to make a second appt. with this salon. I spent over $175 dollars the first visit and tried to reach to make an appointment via telephone and also IM on FB and after the third attempt, have been via IM told to take my business elsewhere by who knows who. Now I am going to retaliate to the fullest. I was very happy with first cut and also bought product in the store. I know many people in Merriton having worked and lived there at the old A&P from day one to when it closed, and you can bet I will be spreading the word about the treatment I received from this store. This is going to cost you plenty in lost sales but then again you can afford it right??????

Had my Bluetick Coonhound groomed here by Jessie a couple weeks ago, she did a phenomenal job paying attention to detail and she genuinely cares about your pets.The store itself is well organized and very clean. We will be back in the near future for grooming appointements with Jessie and more pet supplies.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ruffins! Every time I pass by Bonnie and Christine are always smiling, happy and helpful! My pups have seasonal allergies and when Bonnie recommended a shampoo, my pups stopped scratching and suffering, and she saved me unnecessary Vet costs. When it rains, my pup doesn't like to do his business and consequently he had blood in his stool. Bonnie suggested I try a product and within 24 hours his stool was healthy.In addition, to the positive environment they create, reasonable prices and their wisdom, they go the extra mile in customer service, and they care! Thank you, I appreciate you ladies!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I was a little lost as I had only ordered online and picked up in store before but I was still able to find the things I needed. They have some very cute pets up for adoption as well. Definitely a good place to check out for that.
