Hired this plumbing company in Whistler to fix our water system. Work was done well and on-time. Would recommend and will use again in the future. Overall very happy with the service provided.

We used this plumbing services several times and it was good. The repair parts were installed for what we needed and the services were completed on schedule. Will use again for future service and would recommend for property owners in Whistler.

Do not use this company. They actually emailed me to say their service tech was on site working when he wasn't. Failed to show up for service call for two days then overcharged on the total hours worked.

I have used Sean on several jobs and he has done an excellent job at a fair price. I will continue using him. I very happy with his work.

Peak Plumbing were a pleasure to work with - I rarely post reviews but I wanted to take the time because they were incredibly efficient and prompt and did a great job and despite how busy they were they made us feel like a top priority while they completed our job. I used Peak Plumbing to replace my hot water tank. All was well in that transaction. Total cost was around $1,100.A year later the tank was leaking. They replaced the tank under warranty, meaning the only cost was for their time and some minimal parts. The invoice was for $1,200, which included 8 hours of labor. I inquired why a warranty replacement was more than the original hot water tank itself - granted, new regulation required we use an upgraded tank, but the 8 hours of labor was unthinkable (at $110/hr no less). They had every excuse they could muster up (“it’s in an awkward part of the house”… no it’s not and they had no issues when the first installation happened) but other professional plumbers I talked to said it was offside.If you’re going to use this company, which may be your only option in Whistler, negotiate a max number of hours before the installation happens. Otherwise, they will take advantage of the situation. And make sure you’re there to oversee the job. I wasn’t, which was a big mistake.

Needed to have my hot water tank replaced, the staff was quick to response to email inquiries, booking an appointment was easy.
