Terrible. I set up mobile pickup for 6AM. They did NOT set up the mobile pickup the night before, meaning I had to wait until they opened at 8AM. The employee didn't even show up at 8... I waited until 8:10 until I called U-Haul and changed locations. This ruined my whole day, I had to rush with the moving elevator etc. Do yourself a favour and go to the one on Fairway

Website says that they sell moving supplies. Drive there to get some things and the convenience store clerk tells me that they don’t sell anything and that this location is just a pick up spot. Waste of time
