Just bought a replacement for my wife’s screaming o vibrator , kasey was great help helping me locate the toy and knowledgeable on other products. Showed my M4 card and received a 20 dollar discount! Wife’s going to be surprised tonight , last one broke and left her unexpectedly disappointed .Thanks kasey and love shop

Went to buy an outfit and came all the way to this location to use my m4 discount, went to look at a toy after putting my money on the counter and girl cashed me out without inputting my discount and then refused to fix it because it would be a return even after not leaving the store. Will not be coming back and will be warning others not to shop here. As a dancer I will now be buying my weekly pleaser purchase elsewhere as well.

I opened the door because I didnt see any signs about curbside pickup. They even have a sign about wearing a mask when entering. One door was blocked from the inside with a table, but I noticed the other one wasnt. I asked if i should go through the other door.The lady just stared at me and said um actually

I got a gift card from a friend and tried to use it online and said invalid code. So no big decided to do curbside pick up. I made the order at this location yesterday to be picked up today. When I open the door the girl was super unfriendly and looked me blank in the face like I was wrong for even coming. I stated I was here to pick up a order I made yesterday. She litterly did a little look to the left and a little look to the right. And said it's not here. I said are you sure can you look more. She said nope sorry this is where it would be. No customer service skills. She was not willing to help me. Not willing to do anything for me. So I left went to the parking lot and called the same number I called and who is it this dundas location. When she picked up and said this is the same number I called yesterday. She again just said nope nothing for u. I said ok fine can u look for the toy I wanted. She asked me what was the barcode. I didnt have it. I did know the name of the product. She proceeded to go look. She found one item and then I asked for a second toy. She then began to look for it. The only information I had was that it was 16 something. I said that is what the girl had priced it at over the phone, I'm not sure if she lied to me or not. The worker said can you stop with all the attitude. I said excuse me. Let me stop this right here. I did not want to do any business with this worker again. She didnt seem willing or even wanting to help. I have been to this location previously and the guy that is usually there is super helpful and always have a great time dealing with him. He used to work at the location when it was at Dixie and Dundas. Next time will call ahead for the guy.

I came into this store not knowing what to expect and not sure what I was looking for. The girl working was so kind and helpful in normalizing the situation for me and making me feel comfortable. She kindly showed me around and suggested some products that I was very intrigued by. The customer service was beyond amazing and the store was so clean and organized! I will definitely be returning here in the future!

My experience here was pleasant ! The guy working on shift was really kind and inviting! He made me and my partner feel very comfortable and welcomed. He also helped us out with all inquiries and recommended suggestions based on what we shared with him. I recommend this location. Bonus: they have an amazing 360 display of incense ! So sexy !
