Regular customer for years.Try to return, exchange or leave a defective heater.The manager did not take the heater back. I lost the receipt and it was warm when I bought the heater, so I did not get a chance to try it. The plug ended up super hot the first time we used it.It could cause a fire, since the device did not limit the amount of current it was drawing.Surprised they would want defective heater out in the public.Could cause a house fire.

Summit tools always has great deals & good selection. Staff are also helpful & friendly. Went out of their way to find my makita tool boxes this afternoon. This will always be one of my favourite stores. I only wish they had at least 1 location in the Fraser Valley so I could visit more.

The best selection and the best price always. The fact that the store price matches is great. Keep a eye out for house brand deals. The deals are great on batteries for cordless tools. I am always impressed with the great selection of quality brands!

It was just in the store and in the matter of 5 minutes I was asked if I needed help by 4 people it got super annoying they started following me around like I was going to steal even though everything I had in my hands could not fit anyone's pockets I don't know if I'll be here again
