The manager Bonnie is rude !

Ryan - the dog trainer - is the most amazing person! We took our dog to just to try it out...that turned into, unexpectedly, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and therapy training classes. He has such an amazing disposition with the dogs and the humans. Not only did he help our dog become better, he helped us become better. I would recommend Ryan to ANYONE with a dog. I have owned dogs my whole life and thought I knew a lot about them but Ryan made me see my pet at a whole other level and helped us develop a bond beyond what I thought was achievable.

I don’t know why there is so many bad reviews? I’ve always been greeted with a smile and hello, they all smile at u in the isles, the second u get to the cash everyone is helpful, tells you about the points, and discounts etc… I was served by Rafia on 08/21/23- super nice girl, told me about my points and we had some small talk. I hope I get the survey so I can let the managers know she was very good. But to all the rest of the staff, u are all pleasant and helpful as well!

Do not answer the phone

Untrained staff. Don’t know how to handle dogs. We are very disappointed with unpredictable and immature behaviour of Olga. She rejected my little Yorki dog’ grooming without proper assessment. She needs more training to serve especially in multi cultural community.
