First time dealing with Van Herpt Motors. Took a used XC60 in for service. Emmision problem was diagnosed guickly and repairs completed in timely fashion. Another issue was found with suspension when on hoist and also addressed.Staff were all very courteous and friendly. We discussed upcoming service work that would be required later due to mileage. The facts and options were laid out clearly. At no time did I feel that I was being upsold or offered unnecessary extras.Will definitely return to and recommend Van Herpt Motors

We have been buying new cars for over 55 years and buying our first Volvo was a surprisingly positive experience. We were treated very fairly with our trade and AL went out of his way explaining the features of our new car. We will certainly deal with him again and give the dealership our highest recommendation.

I want to take a moment to let you know that this dealership has knocked it out of the park when it comes to the purchase and the servicing of my Volvo wagon the last 2 years since my purchase. I have had many experiences with various dealerships since I change my vehicle every few years. The people make the experience so easy and stress free. I have always been meet with a smile and grateful that they can supply me a vehicle while they service my car. Having a loaner vehicle is essential in my real estate career....totally recommend them. Looks like I might own this vehicle longer than I usually do...lol.

Booked an appointment with clear list of parts to install, was told they would order and have it all on hand. Brought the car in at the scheduled appointment… no parts in stock. Still asked to pay labour. Worst customer service I have ever seen from the service desk. NEVER GOING BACK!

Unsurpassed Customer service, knowledgeable, super helpful and one of the oldest dealerships in Canada. They were able to provide audio software updates for a 2006 XC90 when the Ottawa location couldn’t. Bring your vehicle there!
