I recently ordered a.patuo swing online and picked it up at Summer's Home Hardware. Unfortunately, there were some defective parts. I spoke with the customer service ph# who directed to speak with the manager at the store I picked up the item at. I spoke with the manager Dave Mitchell who was amazing and ensured I got the replacement parts I needed with in a very short time.

FYI - Purchased a sleeve wall air conditioner. It was out of stock and ordered a new one. When I went to pick it up after it came in, I noticed they had to clean the outside box that appeared to be dusty. When I got it home I checked the serial number and it was made 18 months ago. I was charged full price, no discount and had to install it myself.

My 80 year old Father went to Summers Home Hardware, he needed help with an old tap from his house. Instead of saying the tap was too old and they didn't carry the parts, the sales associate took the time to find something that would work. Thank you so much for the way you treat your customers!!!! Long Live the East End!
