Opened a business account. First everything went well. The customer service was great. Then as my business got bigger, their system started acting up. Was not able to access my account online or on the app. This was annoying as the money had to be transferred ASAP. Their ATM machine was not working after hours and this happened quite often in the Mississauga location. Was not satisfied with the system they have, the website and app was down very often.

Went in there to open a simple checking account, teller asked me if I have references. As soon I said no, another woman appeared, took my passport and looked on every page (where I traveled is obviously necessary info to open a checking account). The 2 women acted very suspicious asking how I know about their place. When I told them that I found it on google maps, one of them said that she is going to make photocopies of my driver’s licence, passport and sin, and will contact me by the end of the day or next morning and took my phone number (on a ripped piece of paper like at the hot-dog stand).Went back the next day as they did not call. As soon as I get in, the teller does not call me over but starts shouting from a 5 meter distance, interrogating me on why I showed up. No hello, no how are you, how dare I show up when her majesty told me she will call. The teller then, goes into an office and comes back 1 min later saying that it will be done later by 2pm and, again, they will call. (Of course, with the same attitude, shouting and pointing her pen at me like she’s my grammar teacher). As I was leaving, I asked: do you guys even want to do this? I have no problem giving my money to someone else. She said: yes we do. 30 min later, the manager of the branch calls and leaves a message saying that due to the pandemic, they are refusing my business. Pandemic?? The place was empty both times I went there. The economy in the whole world has slowed down to a crawl and that makes them MORE busy? Really??? No. They refused my business cause I dared rush them and question them. I wasted 2 days and 2 trips and now someone has photocopies of all my documents for no reason at all. And even if I DID open an account with them I would’ve had no time to ask any questions about their product. The only thing I found out is that they pretend not requiring a minimum amount in the account, but they do charge a refundable $100 for “membership”. And if at 2pm they would have called me, I would’ve gone there and have very little time to read the agreement given the fact that thy close at 3pm.So, if you want to put your money in a place that has no respect for your privacy and time, that want everything to happen in their own terms and treat you like you’re 7 y/o, this is the right place.!!!And BTW, you want references? Here you go!!!Update and Answer to the response:So it takes 2 hours to answer a review and 2 days to open an account.What was wrong is not the way you acted, it’s my EXPERIENCE.I never mentioned anything illegal occurred, why bring that up?Thanks for offering that I SPEAK to you … by email. Read the 7 y/o part again!

The online system was shut down for a while (for our safety"). The screen message says to call a number to reset your password. I called several times and there is never a person to answer my call. So I went to the branch to get the password after a few days of calling. I had 4 hours to change it. I did successfully. That lasted 6 days. Again

Have had a savings account there for a while and every time I need to take money out their systems are magically down. At this point I am gonna close my account the next time I come in since i don't think being kept away from my own money is sketchy.
