I’ve ordered multiple times, contacted them regarding different titles, every interaction has been great. Records are always mint. Packaging is the best I’ve seen. Maybe the best online record store there is!

I've ordered new vinyl from Resolute a few times now. Always sent quickly and packaged very well. I also find that their website is one of the best out there for vinyl searches. Next time I am going to downtown Toronto I will make every effort to visit the store. Looking forward to browsing through the racks, just like in the good old days :-).

Just received 3 new albums and a new Selector album display stand from Resolute Records and was very impressed with their packaging. The vinyl and holder are great quality with no issues. Will definitely be ordering from Resolute again.

Solid selection of new and used records to choose from and new stuff comes in on a regular basis. Shipping is quick, fairly priced and the packaging is really, really solid. Records arrive in sleeves which is an awesome added bonus. Overall, a great record shopping experience!

I ordered a record online for my partner as an early birthday gift. When looking online, I found they had a really large selection of vinyl - especially ones that you don’t see everyday.The item was ready for pickup within an hour and I received an email about the pick up times and locations. I’m not sure if I’ve received an email that my item was ready for pick up so fast.My partner went to pick up the record as it was not a surprise. Resolute Records isn’t a traditional record store where you go in and flip around - instead it’s just online based and what you see online is all that you had. My partner came home raving about how kind the owner was and how he had such a cool collection of records.I haven’t ordered anything else yet - but I’ve been checking weekly for new releases since to see if anything would be a good add to our collection! I would definitely recommend.

I'm extremely impressed with this record store. I haven't had the opportunity to visit the store in person, just online purchases. Their prices seem to lower then most stores, website is amazing, and the shipping is very fast. The packaging is very secure so you don't have to worry about your covers or record being damaged. Kudos , well deserved.

My favorite online record vendor. LP inventory is abundant. Always happy with the service they have provided me. Prompt order processing which is an important quality in my eyes. Highly recommend using Resolute Records for your record purchases.

This record store has outstanding customer service (the owner helped me through a shipping address issue very promptly) and a great website that is easy to use. There is always an interesting variety of records in stock and the shipping is fast, secure, and the records arrive well protected without rediculously excessive packaging, just the right amount. Have shopped twice with them and will again!

This was my first time ever ordering vinyls online and having them shipped so I was super nervous about it to say the least but WOOOOOW they came in AMAZING condition, packaged so well!! I’m so so sooo pleased with my purchase. Also their prices are amazing!! I’m so glad I found this store!!! I’m literally about to go order more records from them right now!!
