I ordered a taxi, 45 minutes later it still was not there. I called and called again to have an update and to cancel it but it always went to their automatic voice message. It has now been more than an hour and nothing and I am not even able to talk to anyone. Would not recommend.

I called the night before for a cab at 5:20AM in the morning. They never showed up. I had to figure out a way to get to Montreal that early in the day. I was almost late to catch my train. In all my years traveling every week, this is a first.

Wow! Once a no show we can all understand and forgive, but twice!!!! I'm lost for words. Shame on you Raoul. 4:06 I asked for a car, it is now 5:52. No answer from dispatch though a driver did call me and suggested that I wait until tomorrow

They had no car available for the entire evening. Their poor service is exactly why more and more people are turning toward Uber.

He couldnt understand what we were asking when we clearly speaked good french and then told us that we spoke bad french so he told us to call another company, he was rude.

In the last 15 years they have transported my customers and I, back and forth between St-Bruno and the airport, as well as many MTL Metro destinations, more time than I can count. We have always had an excellent, professional, service and to this day I would never consider calling on anybody else then them for all our Taxi needs.

Made me wait 30 minutes at airport when then told me to wait 15 more that he was on his way, only to be told he took another client. Wasted 45 minutes waiting for nothing.

Ordered a taxi and was told by the dispatcher 10min. 45 min later still no taxis. I called back twice and was blatantly lied to that the taxi was 2 min out, just around the corner. Shame on the dispatcher for being such a dishonest person and for providing a God awful service to customers. The lady driver was great and absolutely wonderful. But I will NEVER try this company again because of the dispatcher. Do NOT ever use them if you value your time.
