This loan place is actually the worst.. not only are the classist and discrimination of your income but they also have multiple spam sites such as, pretscash, sendmemoney, loans500, vivapaydayloans.. THESE SITES ARE ALL THEM.. the same people behind this site". At that point with so many duplicate sites its clear they aren't legal.*edit* ecash2go is another one."

Scam company. Paying over ×2.5 of what I got a loan for with payments still coming out. Wont return emails or calls. This feel illegal and I'm not sure what to do. Avoid at all costs.

Beware - Biggest scam !!!They will sanction loan, but somewhere hidden in documentation you there will be an origination fee of double the loan amount. And you will get stuck indefinitely. Be very careful and avoid at all cost.

I applied for a loan online which involved having to provide/verify personal banking information (totally nerve-wracking but was a mandatory part of the application process). At the end of the application, a message is received that someone will contact you within an hour. After several hours went by without a call, I tried calling their main toll-free number. No answer. I called several times periodically throughout the day. Not once did anyone answer. The line didn't even have any kind of automated message. I also tried reaching someone via email. Finally after sending multiple emails practically begging for assistance, someone responded to my email at the end of the day. I was told there was no one to answer the lines because of Covid and workers were working from home. Makes little sense to me though especially since I have applied to other similar companies and have not ever had a problem reaching a live person on the phone to help go over details of a loan. They also weren't too friendly. Albeit at that point, I was frustrated, but to basically be told do I want to sign it or not is also shady af. Do they really expect someone to feel comfortable signing a financial agreement when there is no one available immediately to answer questions? I suppose if you're completely desperate you may go ahead with using this company. If you have a choice however, I'd seriously think twice!

I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE! I took out a loan for $1000 and I paid $2600 for it. Yes, $1600 in fees Horrible company to deal with. They refused to provide me a copy of my loan documents. Avoid at all costs!

TL;DR this place will charge you a very large sum of money on top of any loan you take. Beware.This service is not recommended. Go elsewhere.I got a small loan which was paid pretty quick. No problem there. Paid off my loan but due to my own negligence didn’t notice they were still withdrawing money far beyond what I owed.The deal is that they charge you an enrolment fee which is a ridiculous amount, so in my case they had $888.00 dollars as an ‘enrolment fee’ for a $300.00 loan. In a rookie move I didn’t read this in the contract as I assumed they operated the same as any payday loan business I’ve dealt with in the past.As such I’ve contacted Service Alberta and will be filing a complaint. Will update.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. I do not know how this company is even legal. I am paying over $1,000., for a loan of $ 300. I will never borrow from here again and I advise everyone to not use this company!

As others have said, there are better companies out there. I fought with them to stop taking payments. I paid back my loan and over $250+ extra and they wanted more. They charge admin fees" of $1

I I could give them zero stars I would. They continued to withdraw money from my account after the contract had ended, and I paid their criminally LARGE fee for my loan. They don't respond to calls or emails. The email inbox had been full at both MYNEXTPAY and NORTHSTAR BROKERS. And when you call they say email is priority. So basically you can't get ahold of them. I will file a claim to the business bureau, and.provide my contract to credit agencies if they try to send me to collections, since so have already paid off every cent of my loan and my sky high fees that they charge. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR NORTHSTAR BROKERS, NO MATTER WHAT. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER YOU'VE PAID OFF YOUR LOAN AND FEES. THEY'RE HOPING YOU WONT NOTICE.. STAY AWAY

Terrible company. Tell ur pre-approved get all ur info then nothing. No answer on phone number and no reply to numerous emails questioning if I was getting the loan. Steer clear. Lots of other company's that at least answer u
