The staff here goes above and beyond to help their customers! I have never left here feeling confused or unsure; the staff here makes sure you feel confident before you buy, and never pressures you. The selection and quality of products is fantastic, and the prices are beyond reasonable.

I had a fantastic experience here today ! I was looking for leather dye as I'm dyong my skates and I couldn't find the proper color or brand anywhere else so I went in for a gander. The store is very well organized and the gentleman that I talked too was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I came in for one think and left with a bunch of future project ideas, their prices are very fair !!

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help, direct and if required, give a demonstration of the item for your project. They are not pushy and simply give you the knowledge to make an informed purchase. The gals at the Winnipeg location are great. I couldn't hope for better service.

discovered this gem of a store a few months ago and i couldn’t be happier that i did. the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the shop is always stocked with everything you could possibly need. i highly recommend going here for any leather needs you have.

The staff are amazing. They are always willing to help you out and even will provide advice and suggestions if they are familiar with the work. I have yet to have them try to up sell me. When talking about leather dyes they gave me the pros and cons of each type I was looking at and their honest opinion in then (they had used both). I've never had a bad experience there and I don't foresee having one.

I greatly enjoyed perusing the shelves of this store for the variety and number of items they have for leather crafting. Although I may have to put it on the list of stores I don't carry my debit card into to help avoid buying all the stuff that catches my interest while I am in there....particularly their selection of veg leather!

A fantastic staff who always willing to help, and they come with a mindset of a happy customer leaving the store. I am a long time client of the Winnipeg Store and can tell you that the future is very bright. If you have not been in a a Tandy Store in the last year, things have changed and it is worth a visit.

Didn't have the greatest experience visiting this store. We were inquiring about some leather and was shown the two different sections of leather; one tanned and one untanned. But as we started looking at the tanned ones, we were told couple times that those are too expensive for us? Not sure why and what the intent of the message was. Most of the interaction with the staff had false info and made remarks based on her assumptions.Looks like a good store with lots of selection but like other reviews, the staff seems to be a hit or miss and we totally got the miss.Probably will not buy large orders from this store for our business.

First time in this store today with my husband and it was amazing! The people there were SO nice, helpful and welcoming even for new people like us who have no idea what we are doing. 100% recommend anyone to this place! Amazing
