Good food and really good customer service. They even have a party hall upstairs, available to be booked. Ordered the Peri Peri fries and it was yummy. The staff was really friendly and made good recommendations. If you don't like spicy food, make sure to let them know the spice level while ordering.

It's located in the downtown whitby, so either you have to park in the street or in the dollarama parking lot and let them know. Coming to food , its over spicy ,so better ask them before you order. Also, during Friday Eve rush, they miss to cook properly and miss to put enough fish or chicken pieces in Biryani, and we had to ask them, and they confirmed it. Service wise, they are very good and in time. They have to make sure on quality also. Veg and chicken noodles were good.

Food is great. Mocktails are great. Menu can have few more food options :) spice levels are just perfect. One of the best Indian restaurants in Durham region. I really appreciate the restaurant team efforts to get the feedback on ways to improve.

I’m a big Indian food fan and visited Indraprastha for the first time last night for dinner.The place is really impressive. Decor and general ambience is great and the nicest of any Indian restaurant in Whitby. They did a great job here.The service is good and staff are friendly. They also stay open until 11:30pm so you can really relax, take your time and enjoy yourself.Their menu is extensive and very authentic. The food itself was excellent and certainly as good if not better than the many other Indian restaurants opening in Whitby.Definitely a five star for me and I’ll visit again for sure.

Atmosphere, service, and food were great. Enjoyed the paneer. the only issue I had was the ice lemon tea. Didn't like the taste because they added cumin and turmeric to it. But overall, I will eat again when I'm in the area.

This is a new place so the ambience is really good and brand new.. The Biriyani is the best one ive had in Canada. The taste is amazing! The staff is friendly as well. Definitely give it a try!

Went here on Canada Day with my husband and another couple friend of ours. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy when we got there but it started to pack up eventually. The food was really packed with flavour and tasty but a bit too spicy for us. The place has opened recently, so the seating was new and modern. They had plastic plates for food, threw us off a little but guess that’s just the theme they’re going with.The portion sizes were small for the price in our opinion, but I am beginning to find that Indian food is just expensive in general.We got Creamy Garlic Chicken and Fish Pakoda for appetizers and both the appetizers were pretty good. My friend tried the Berry Blast mocktail and said it was very refreshing. We ordered Butter Chicken and Malai Kofta for mains. We absolutely loved the Butter Chicken and the Koftas were actually pretty good too. The server recommended Bezaw Biryani and we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the Biryani was quite spicy and very salty too. When the restaurant staff came to check in with us, we gave them our honest review about the Biryani and they were kind enough to let us try something else instead. We tried the Lamb Biryani and that definitely made up for the prior poor experience.The servers were nice and eager to please but their demeanour can be a bit polished, in line with customer service skills that are pretty standard in the restaurant business. I mention this because good communication with the wait staff can definitely enhance a dining experience and conversely, an unpleasant experience with the servers can negatively impact the experience despite of serving good food. Our server was quite cheeky, couldn’t tell if it was humour or sarcasm. We did have the manager check in with us a couple of times though which was nice.

We just hopped into the reataurant after a coming out from a game lounge. Was not hungry but were craving briyani. Our goto place has been charminar but wanted to try this place instead. And we were not disappointed.The Food was tasty and good.The service was really great. We had a small issue, the table runner/ waiters/ servers fixed it right away very polietly.And the most impressive or difference from other indian reataurant nearby was the bar which is not available in the near by indian reataurant (they all serve alcohol but no dedicated bar)
