After formally sending resignation email (with 2 weeks notice), I could not get any appointment approval to return the computer etc. (used to work from home). I sent numerous emails to the Team leader before my last day yet no appointment to return their computer. Now they decided to deduct everything off my last pay without even sending an email to confirm when I can return their equipments. They claim you need an apointment to return. These items were packed and ready to return since Oct 13 yet cannot get to anyone to follow up. It is unfair how they take people money so easily without any communication. Anyone planning on resigning should make arrangements as early as possible to return their stuff before they take your last pay check.

Thanks to the good people on google I've decided not to apply. Too many people have the same complaints and I have no doubt a telecommunication company would do all these horrible things!

I think it’s a very horrible job! I was told not to come back after less than a month of training without no valid reasons all they want is sales from u that’s no they don’t care about You and also they charged me for the equipment out of my last paycheque just because I wasn’t able to go and return it and it’s funny because the manager told me herself KIMBERLEY MARSHALL AND A MAN NAME ALEX that I can go whenever I want to return the equipment no rush! Ever since that day I have the stuff packed just how they gave it to me is how It is packed! and was never told or said anything about it in the contract plus management and training is horrible they do not teach u properly very disrespectful management! All they want is sales way too many expectations!!

Unprofessional and unethical company. Don't join this company unless you want to lose peace of mind. They hire for one role and change to another without even bothering what one likes or not. No proper communication and support is absolutely zero from TL or others.

Terrible place to work. They treat their employees like horrendously. I'd expect a lot better from a company representing Bell Canada... they actually terminated my benefits when I went on medical leave, when I'd actually need them... All they care about is their bottom line. Profits at the expense of their employees.

I've now spoken with two representatives tonight, while trying to speak to the first rep and correct her in regards to who she was speaking to, she hung up on me. When I called the number back I spoke to another representative who I got the company information from, who then refused to identify himself, or provide any kind of information I could use in regards to an audit trail. Then to top it off, I tried to call the company. The number provided via the Google business profile is not in service. Hey ma'Bell... perhaps you should reconsider this contract? The reviews speak very loud. Also, Mr John DiNardo, it may be time to start doing some internal reviews, and review some company policy before this kind of thing happens yet again, and costs more then it makes.

After leaving the job, letting the managers know, returning the equipment back the way I got it from the office, my pay has been on hold for more than four weeks. I have been in the hospital trying to pay the bills, not that nordia provide health benefits to new employees, the least they could do is send an email or let the employee know when they would get their money, so so so annoyed and disappointed by the way this company works. In the 6 years that In Canada, this is by far the most micro managing place I have worked for. Thankfully I got out but they still have t paid me my last checked even when I returned all the equipment. I just wish I could slap the person responsible for making the delay. Terrible terrible way of running the organization. No matter of the company says the employee retention is good, blah blah and all that. Just give people their money and let them live in peace.
