We have dealt with Dominion Rug 3 times over our life - the first time over 30 yrs ago. Nothing has changed - the same high quality product, the same high quality service (mike our delivery man bent over backwards to help us with our delivery). No problems with date or time of delivery - exactly as stated. Our salesperson Rosemary was extremely helpful and we enjoyed working with her. Could not be happier with my experience at Dominion Rug. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations.We replaced the carpet on our stairs and the entire second floor - all rooms are fully furnished. The installers were fantastic - carefully moved all the furniture from one room to the next as they lifted the old carpet and installed the new one. They matched the pattern from room-to-room and the seams are pretty close to invisible.The carpet looks fantastic and working with Ben was a pleasure.Highly recommend!

Our new 100% wool area carpet was delivered today. Can't thank Rosemary enough for the expert advise when it came to selecting the right carpet. Her design sense is strong and her patience unending. She did not rush me through the process of taking samples home and making the final decision. The delivery and installation went extremely well with our furniture being moved carefully and the new carpet being laid precisely where it needed to be. Many thanks to the Dominion Rug team.
