We have an issue with our travel trailer which is still under warranty from another out of province dealer. Rene Trailer staff has been great with quick reply's, work details and instructions about booking appointment for spring work. See you guys when this snow melts...hopefully sooner than later. Excellent service on getting us back on our route back to Alberta. I am not surprised that this business has nothing but positive reviews. We unfortunately hit the famous railway bridge totally crippling our 5th wheel. What a great place! We made a wrong turn in this area that took out our front AC. All of the staff members at Rene’s were awesome! They had us ready to go quickly and they couldn’t have been nicer ! Highly recommended!

Headed to Gaspe point .Noise from one trailer wheel was noticed by a good samaritan and mentioned to me at a rest area just across the bridge. Another generous soul jacked my trailer up, spun the wheel and said it was a rock or brake part tumbling inside. I took it to Rene’s and they got me right in. Matthew diagnosed the problem - broken brake spring - and replaced the springs in each wheel ( at my request) and got me on my way within the hour. Rene’s is top notch. And my Canadian cousins are certainly fine folks and have helped this independent minded solo senior traveler immensely.
