New Canadians Lumber Home Building Centre
I purchased shelves and had the lumber yard cut them but noticed the dimensions were wrong when I got home. In their defense, these particular shelves all look very similar and the extreme heat probably didn't help either. I called the store and spoke to a manager by the name of Carmo. He immediately offered to replace the shelves and even had them delivered the same day.This place is class! They went above and beyond for me. Mistakes happen, we're human but now isn't the time to be impatient with each other. I highly recommend this place for your home and hardware needs. Great prices too.

New Canadians Lumber Home Building Centre
Large selection of lumber, tools, parts and fittings. There is however one man at the front service desk that is particularly unmannerly and has absolutely no customer service skills. Heavier guy, bald I think. Once you can avoid him, your experience here will be great.
