Truly one of the best McDonald's of Montreal. Even as it always is packed with numerous orders, the staff are efficient, fast and very kind to take your order and serve it to you. I recommend their Spicy Buffalo and their classic Breakfast sandwiches, very delicious.

Downgrading to 1 star from 2, in addition to always mess ul the orders, now they are taking forever to process drive through orders. Was 4th in line and after 30 min they were taking the order of the 2nd car in line. Also the space here is beyond tight with traffic and construction.

Worst branch ever. Takes forever to make a simple order and forgets things every single time. Always have to unpack yhe order in front of them to see if they're missing something and it's ALWAYS the case. Garbage service.

For a well located Mcdonalds, the service is horrendous. It takes forever for them to just expedite orders. The people working in front of clients don't have any customer service skills, aren't quick at all and there's a pile of hamburgers just waiting to be bagged sitting there for 15 mins... at least the cooks are quick but it's incredibly slow to just bag it. It's not normal to wait 20 mins after paying. And the burgers don't have any taste, very bland, no seasoning. Not good anymore. Sorry mcdonalds, your time has passed!

The staff does not seem to understand what they are doing.Hygiene rules are far from respected.They let you exit the building through the kitchen which is still in operation.It can be closed 1h before what's indicated on the door.

This is the second time a simple order has taken a half an hour plus to complete. The staff will avoid you like the plague when they notice you’re waiting to ask something, and will dismiss any concerns quickly. After 25 minutes I was finally able to get them to check on my order, everything was done, and had been sitting under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes, they just didn’t bother assembling it.

I don’t understand how it’s possible for a team to be so disorganized and slow.They messed up my orders more than once, I started checking my drive through orders at McDees because of this place alone.The last two times I visited it took more than 20 minutes to get my order. Straight up takes the fast out of fast food.Am writing this review from within the drive through line. It’s been 21 minutes and they haven’t even taken my order yet. There were only two cars before me.

Staff are amazing , regarding the speed of preparing the order ? Don’t forgot guys the shortage of staff and how hard to find employee and keep them after training for long term it is hard in Montréal those days plus the amount of order between orders on the cash , on the screen , digital, app, drive way, Uber etc.... still good they won’t go crazyHowever if you just want coffee or a small order and specially if you are having something for free as a coffee coupon or free things ( promotions) just don’t go on rush hour as simple as that .The place in general is good I didn’t stay long for my order short of stuff is normal, order was all good and perfect .
