An amazing experience shopping at the GameStop in the Abbotsford seven oaks. Sarah is the employee that helped me with everything I needed/wanted to know! Exceptional employee! Legendary satisfaction. Highly recommend her for your game stop experience. She puts the customers first, she will try her best to help you out! Probably one of the best GameStops I've been to. Staff are helpful and kind. Really appreciate the extra mile they go to when phoning in for requests.They helped me get a PS5 for what it's actually worth! Thank you!Always love seeing the stock change each time I'm in. It's tidy and well-stocked!

I usually pop in from time to time to pick up a thing or two, but today I got some excellent customer service from Rajan (hope I got the spelling right!) Rajan was quick, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, as well as some extra stuff I was grabbing for a friend. As someone who works in customer service retail myself, they went above and beyond!

Gamestop right near the food court at sevenoaks mall, they have a lot of stuff in here beside video games and systems, minus the ps5 which is always sold out, including, action figures, toys, hoodies, books, key chains, great game selection, I was actually thinking of buying my favourite game Mario Kart, for nintendo switch,staff seemed to just ignore us while we were in there which is honestly sometimes nice.

This is the best location to shop at, the staff are very knowledgeable and work hard to help you find what you need. They go above and beyond, especially the Manger at this location Robin, she always has great suggestions when I am shopping for my kids, she remembers me and always makes my shopping experience positive.

Checkout process takes a while and needs work.A line up always tends to form, and myself and others behind me stand there for 5-10 mins.Staff tend to be rude in-person and over the phone as well, or need more training with regards to inventory checks or pre-orders.

A few staff members are friendly and personable but a few are difficult to interact with. Like they don't deal with people regularly.The selection is pretty decent as long as you aren't looking for obscure titles.I like that they are branching into things like Dungeons and Dragons merchandise too.This is a general thing for Game Stop, not just this location but man, when I say I don't want that crooked gameplay guarantee, please don't ask me 4 more times.

I went in looking for a part to my nintendo switch as I am new to the gaming world and I was disappointed that not one person knew about the item I was describing. I was very clear in explaining what it was and what its purpose is. Considering that they work at a store that is all about games and gaming systems I assumed they would know right off the bat. I Google their website and saw that they sold them and that it was in fact in stock. They didn't seem to want to spend much time looking into it for me even though I was the only one in the store... So I left to go get it elsewhere :/
