App couldn’t locate the bikes. App wouldn’t work for my friend so I added them as a “family member”. Had to pay two $50 “deposits” - nearly a month later and I still don’t have a proper refund. App said I was charged $1.10 and then over $10 charged to my card. Tried to call the company and they have an automated message telling you to message through the app. Probably because they are buried in complaints. This entire platform needs to be taken out back and shot. Horrendous by every measure.

Bike itself seemed nice, worked well, even answered my questions early before i went. But when I came to return, the app didnt recognize me being back so i had to go thru to tech support which only answered an hour after i left. They seemed nice in the tech support when they did reply so updates to come on wether anything gets fixed.

I have tried getting in contact with them so many times after using coupons and trying to make payments but my deposit was still held. I have called, emailed and chatted, with absolutely no response. I had a difficult time finding the bicycles using their app and cancelled plans to ride for weeks because of this. I'll recommend buying your own bicycle!

The only reason I am giving one star is because the bike did have wheels and it worked but the app and the customer service is the worst I have ever encounter. The app would not return the bike to the exact location I picked it up and it continued to charge. I tried for 2 hours to contact someone. The phone number gives you a message service which you cannot leave a message on. The in app chat shows that I left messages a week ago and they still haven’t been viewed. Now the app won’t give the deposit back. This company is a sham.

It was great at first. Now the fleet is decimated, the app doesn't work to unlock bikes and nobody responds to emails about getting the deposit back.Return the deposit, and I'll adjust the rating.

I have same situation as most of everyone here. My balance has -1.05. I’m trying to recharge to make it positive amount so i can get my $50 deposit back ,but it isnt working as photo has shown. Online customer service isnt working. Their phone is “not in service “. Also their minimum recharge is $10+5% tax. What a joke.

I have a $50 deposit I can't get back from them. Their app hasn't been updated in a year, phone number is dead, seems like the business has just ghosted and taken my deposit. I don't see any more bikes in Victoria, bc.

Created an account in late Feb due to the extremely nice weather in Richmond this year. My friend and I used it two times. We returned the bicycles at the designated location every time, but the app WiFi couldn’t identify the exactly location and wouldn’t let us properly return the bicycles through app. Each time we spent more than 30mins just waiting there, reached out their Rep and told them where we returned it, then their Rep asked us to leave the bicycles and reset the app for us. It was really frustrating.Then, we decided to quit. The $50 deposit was very easy to get it back. Both of us got it back within couple of days after cancel it through the app. However, for the balance you put into the account, you need to call the customer service. My friend got her balance back within a week. I still haven’t got mine back. It’s been one and half month now. I called several times, no one answered the phone other than a voice recording machine. I left message but no one calls me back.

Not a good experience at all - Purchased a day-pass the day I need to rent a bike, received a confirmation telling me that it would take up to 7 days to get my activation - Emailed straight away to cancel, and 2 more times for refund on the day pass (never used) and deposit. Never heard back from anyone to this date. Still waiting.
