Everything about our Cozy World experience has been fabulous, from the quotation to the installation. We were quoted on a conventional A/C as well as a Heat Pump and Mr. Sherman was great with explaining the pros and cons of both. We got a new Hi Efficiency furnace and a Heat Pump installed along with a new thermostat. The installation was done professionally and they were very careful to clean up after the work was completed. Highly recommend Cozy World, great service and competitively priced.

Want to thank Cozy World for an excellent service. I wanted to replace my old AC unit. Fred was responsive, personable and professional. They assessed the property first and a within a couple days the new AC unit was installed. They also removed the old AC unit off my property. Cozy World installers were friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend Cozy World to anyone who may need their services.

Hard to believe I was shopping for the 3rd furnace in less that 18 years, but then I met Cozy World’s Boris Sherman (owner) and installer during the inspection of the existing system. They clearly stepped me through the reasons I was having heating trouble (too large a furnace for the house size) and an underrated A/C. They proposed changes to the furnace location for easier access and more efficiency and provided a solid brand recommendation for the replacements- at a competitive price. The installation was a standard I had not seen previously. Despite being a 10.5 hour day to complete, the basement tenant’s apartment was unblemished and that cold December night was warmer and the furnace quieter than ever. I recommend this company and staff unreservedly.

Sadly, our 17 yr old furnace had enough and had to be replaced. After calling a few local companies, I got very lucky and connected with Fred who came within 24 hours of my call and shared his expertise and opinions. He was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Once we made the decision to purchase a furnace through Cozy World, we requested an installation date and time and Fred worked with our schedule. Installation was a smooth process. Two talented technicians (Saeed & Ahmed) came and within hours we had a new Lennox in the house. The technicians were polite, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly treated our home like their own. No mess, no fuss. We had the pleasure of dealing with Fred when we first moved into our house in 2020.Our furnaces were fairly old and we got some quotes from various companies, all recommended us to change to an energy efficient ones since they were over 10 years old. Fred, the owner of Cozy World, told us to continue using them as they seen to be working very well. He advised no point to spend money on something that is still working especially as we just moved in and had a lot of other expenses. He is also the only one who recognized that the venting was going to underneath our deck which made it a bit more tricky to change.Right there, we knew that Fred is a trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest guys.A year later when our water heating tank stopped working , we knew exactly who to call. We reached out to Fred and he came to check it out the next day and hook us up with his team and they installed a tankless water heater for us. The job was done impeccably, they even helped us hooking our BBQ gas line.Highly recommend for his honesty, timeliness, knowledgeable and professionalism.

Excellent service and professional technicians.Few years back we had Cozy world come out and do a repair on our furnace which we ended up replacing the year after because it was just too old. The quote that we received was fair and reasonable. Since it was a referral we had peace of mind that there would be no short cuts and it will be done right.I reached out to Fred Sunday night last week with concern that we had some leaks and this time our ac unit wasn’t functioning properly.It seemed like we had to replace the entire unit since the unit was old.We got a technician come out the next day and we were told that it’s best changing the unit and not spending a temporary expense.We are so happy with our decision and again the price that was given was very reasonable and the job was done beautifully and professionally.Thanks so much. After our furnace finally died right before a deep cold snap, I emailed Cozy World to get a quote to replace it. Boris called me back within half an hour that same evening. He was over the next morning and his crew installed the furnace that afternoon. Boris and his team were professional and offered great service. The installation of the new furnace was quick and seamless.

I had a new air conditioner installed by Cozy World. The job was particularly difficult because of the need to run about 60 feet of line set (copper tubing) through some difficult to access spaces. Other air conditioner installation companies that I contacted would not take on the line set installation.The Cozy World installers arrived on time, were very professional, stayed until after 6:00 pm to complete the installation, and cleaned up all of their work areas - everything you would want from air conditioner installers.Highly recommended.Bob R

I had Cozy World install a new furnace at my home last year. Just last week Cozy World returned and installed a new heat pump. On both occasions, the installers were through and very professional. I would totally recommend Cozy World.

I was on the hunt for a cold climate heat pump system to replace our 20 year old Carrier system. Based on all the great reviews on Google and Homestars, I picked Cozy World (after receiving 2 other quotes from other companies).Boris was extremely knowledgable and responsive providing a great quote for a Lennox Signature heat pump/furnace system. No matter how many questions I had before the installation, Boris was always available to provide answers! In fact Boris encouraged the questions!The installation was carried out by Kam and his crew - super professional team with exceptionally high standards. The day was long (10/11 hours)and they did not seem to take a break. I checked on their progress periodically and Kam always described the steps they had taken during the installation and answered any questions that I had. As a last step, they showed me how to operate the system through the smart thermostat. What a great experience!Now I understand why Cozy World has been so highly rated! Boris even returned a couple of days later to see the final product installed by his team - what a class act!I highly recommend Cozy World for your HVAC needs - honest, knowledgeable, great pricing and great installation!
