My bankruptcy started in 2018 but ran into Covid-19 so my experience was influenced heavily by the global pandemic and government lockdowns. Communication wasn't always forthcoming because of this but they comprehensively answered all my questions when I could get through to someone and resolved any issues I had immediately.My only advice for them would be to focus more on keeping in touch after the in-person appointments finish to help the client really understand the final steps and timeline for it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them for anyone with monetary stress! Not only do I have a clean financial slate, but more fully understand credit and also how it changes and how much that can affect my life.
