AAA Plumbing and Heating

I had a great experience with AAA after an emergency with my old furnace. I had a new furnace installed by AAA almost instantly and the service was great! Later I had some maintenance done and again the service was above and beyond. Thank you AAA!!!

I will never go with AAA Plumbing again. I called to have a leak fixed as there was water all over my basement floor. I was quoted 1500$ for the leak to be fixed. A pipe was changed but the leak was not fixed. I was told if the leak continues to call AAA to let them know so they can fix it. The leak continued so I called AAA but no one came back to fix it. I was told it was too far into the wall and that they do not deal with things that far into the wall. When I told them that I called to have the leak fixed and the leak was not fixed. A person said we quoted you how much it would cost to replace the pipe not how much it would cost to fix the leak. I was also told that the pipe that was changed needed to be changed anyways. I was charged full price as if the leak was fixed. A plumber even put his glove where the leak was which did not stop the leak. The total came to 1725$. I ended up getting flex seal and was able to stop the leak on my own. I feel like I got completely ripped off and am extremely dissatisfied with AAA and will never go with them again.

Tired of their charges every single time they come. I have paid $1000 so far and for even minor issue , they are so ready to rip the customer.

We are very disappointed with AAA heating. We called them regarding the leak in our furnace air vent valve so the person came to check and he said the valve is leaking and needs to replace (didn’t replace when he came to check). He shut off the valve and said within 2 to 3 days, him self or another person will come to replace the valve. After 2 days another person came to replace the air vent valve and later we got changed for 2 separate visit which was total $380. First of all why the person did not replace the valve in his first visit and as he didn’t change than it shouldn’t count 2 visit and 2 bills. I tried call them regarding my concerns but did not receive any satisfactory answer. Paid total $380 just for 2 air vent valves replacement which is way higher than expected.

loved the people working for AAA, very friendly, very professional and answered all my questions. as a new home owner I felt very confident with them taking care of my furnace and pipes,,,very highly recommended.

This is a great company. I have used AAAseveral times over the years: for plumbing repairs, hot water heater replacement, heat pump installation, and finding parts for a home repair. They have always been prompt, courteous, helpful, confident, and reasonably priced. I recommend them.

We call them more than I'd like, but that's because of our furnace being problematic. They never leave us waiting and show us how to troubleshoot issues, so we rarely have to call them for the same problem twice. Highly recommended for emergency issues and annual service calls.

We had a problem with our furance and was assured that it would only be charged for a hour and material only to find out we have been charged almost 500$ for 15mins work. I advise you try other companies who care for their customers first.

Very professional curious and good quality work. Highly recommend. Called Brian Jessom 4 weeks ago and he said he would be there next week. Called 3 times and he didn't have the common curtisy to return our call. Go triple A much better choise highly recommend.

They answer calls and are friendly. They were unable to assist me because they are overbooked. 4/5 for customer service, they never did work for me
